Poor Customer Service
I signed up for my daugther in May. However, after the 1st class she decided it want not for her. I have been trying to contact then to cancel on both the WhatApp number and email, but they do not respond. So I have paid twice for nothing and they will continue debiting my account.

Poor Customer Service

Disappointing service and zero accountability
I registered my daughter with Memby (MathsUp) based on their clear advertising and questionnaire promises that marks would improve within a few months. Unfortunately, her marks actually dropped. When I raised this concern, the response from management was incredibly unprofessional. Instead of looking into how they could better support her, they rattled off a list of generic excuses, completely dismissing the hard work and consistent weekly effort my daughter has been putting in at home to prepare for university. Rather than offering a constructive solution or reviewing their teaching methods, they simply told me that "some students take a year" and abruptly cancelled our account because group lessons "aren't benefiting her." They are quick to take your money and make promises, but the moment you hold them accountable for a lack of results, they walk away. I would not recommend this service if you are looking for real academic support and professional communication.

I registered my daughter for matric 2025 in 6 March for 6 months, which ended in August 2025. But they have been debiting my account to date, they just debited R594.00 now on the 8th Dec, which matric still has to study and write in December. My daughter only attended for a month and found that they were behind their classroom syllabus and they were very slow. So he stopped end of March 2025. And I continued as my subscription,hoping that in August will be the last debit. I called their office, it goes to voice mail. I need my refund from September to December 2025. N. Mkhwa****
