Bad service

I ordered a router with Mytelnet and was assisted by Alvina Naidoo there was a complication of me getting the product when I recipe the item it wasn't working I ask for assistance and wasn't happy with the service until I opt to cancel the contract the same day I received it then she decided to send a tech to assist 5months later my service was stopped when I called was referred to the account department was advised no contract was signed and they don't have my debit date so was advised I wasn't debited so all I need from them is the receipt of amount used for the months since it was on prepaid I can settled that bill and they can come and get their router and I don't want to ever go through this ever again bad experience ever
