Worst customer service and tech support!!

Worst client support EVER!! Last month i wanted to downgrade my account, i contacted they support and they advised i should do it online they cant do it from they side, so i did it however the old amount still went off, i contacted them and they advised me i didn't process it properly, so this month i removed the card so they won't take the R499 again and i then went to change my plan to the R199, I made the payment for it as well on the 24th of Nov, my line has been showing suspended even though i contacted support, they haven't given feedback, iam. the one following up daily, im unable to work as i use this for work calls!!! Losing out on money daily?!!
