Where is my refund?

Massive waste of time and energy. Their sign up processes is broken, but you only find that out after you've made the payment.

Then when you want a refund because you couldn't complete the sign up processes they make you jump throuh hoops to get the refund. Now I need to go find a proof of bank account just to get a refund. Why can't you just refund to the card that I paid from?

I still have no confirmation that a refund was made. And no refund showing on my transaction history. When are you refunding me?

On top of that, you're deleting my reviews from Hello Peter?! I hope you don't delete this one too.
