Whatsapp help isn't enough

I been with Melon for months having issues with mostly just not being able to get a hold of them when you need it and you don't have internet to get a hold of them on the app or Whatsapp because of their network I had the longest week of trying since Saturday 28 may till Friday July 4th not having my sim activation even though I had sent all required documents on the same day I had to be moved from one person to the next daily without them solving my issue so I had to buy data with another network although I bought my plan with Melon as soon as this plan ends I'm moving networks that can help me whenever I have issues not just on WhatsApp
