Very helpful and smooth process, porting of my number and sim swop in the comfort of my office was a great experience. The staff of melon is well trained and are able to give you on the spot answers. I have never experienced service like this without having to go into a store and that even sometimes is a joke but Melon well done you guys are changing the experience and service level within the cellular service
