Useless service

Worst by far, stay away from this **** of a company. So I was put on their pay as you go, really I receive my pay on the 25th of the month, that is when their payment must go through. I cannot even now load their prepaid data payment, I work in the emergency field and they have now placed peoples lives at risk, I have no airtime or data. Their sim card is going in the trash where their company belongs. I will make sure that nobody I know will subscribe to this horrible ****py service.

Good day Eugene
We see your subscription was paused due to denied payment, this is an automated system response to us not receiving payment from a customer. We cannot give voice and data allowances in the instance of not receiving payment unfortunately. You would need to make payment in the Melon App / purchase data and voice in the app in order to use your service with Melon.
We are a subscription based service (Just like netflix), you subscription recurs every 30 days. Yours happens to fall on the 25th of the month. Every customers date differs based on when they activated their subscription.

We trust this clarifies how our service works.

Well my salary is paid on the 25th, do not know what the problem was with denied payment. Time to do with your useless service what needs to be done, throw it in the trash where it belongs. Oh and by the way, managed to contact one of your agents through your chat function, explained my problem and was told to hold on, took too long to get
back to me, closed the chat as I cannot sit and wait the whole day for no answer.

Thank you Eugene, i have been through the chat history and our support staff have responded  and continue to respond to you all morning. Unfortunately your bank denied your payment due to insufficient funds as advised by our support staff. The team have offered to move your line to Pay as you go so you can resume your plan when you are able to.
