"Unlimited" airtime with a twist

I've been a client now for about 4 months and there have been issues with airtime and data allocation as many times. The package claim 5GB data and UNLIMITED minutes. Apparently the "unlimited" minutes are not really unlimited but somewhere in the fine print there is a FUP that limits that to 1200 minutes per month. Even that is okay but what is really inconvenient is that you are cut off when reaching 500 minutes and then have to ask for another "top-up". If this should happen outside of their support office hours, well then tuff for you. Melon, you are not bad but take some tips from other SP's. "Unlimited" should really mean "unlimited". You are false advertising.
