UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE AND PATIENCE 🌟

Dear Sir/Madam , A huge thank you to Vincent of Team Sweet Slices ! A gentleman of class and character. I was struggling with the activation of Melon for 2 days . Consultants and promises drove me crazy , no positive signs of resolving or listening to my pleas ..I regretted this application.. I actually cried and felt sick thinking I was a dumb kop. I've saved all my conversations on whatsaap ( begging for someone to call .. promises but no delivery)to show the frustrations iv been through in those 2 days .how sad ! I personally come from a financial background holding a senior position and true to God I felt hopeless when chatting to some of your consultants .. they made a mockery asked me for the same stuff over n over again with no going forward .felt stupid !! Along came Vincent to my rescue ! Oh my gosh the most pleasant human being .. he has reassured me that he was going to assist me like all the others said .. so I was not expecting much and he did .. oh yes he did ! He was so calm most knowledgeable took me through the process and at the same time making me as comfortable as possible.
