This is a great service, which ***gy backs off MTN. I have been with Melon Mobile since the beginning of 2023. The melon team have the right attitude when dealing with customers. They offer a very good after sales service to their clients. Allways friendly, and do their utmost to provide service, backup and resolving issues. They do this quickly and efficiently. There is one thing though, where Melon Mobile work a day shift: if you pick up a problem after hours, it will only be sorted in the morning. This isn’t a train smash, as MM Also have a life after a days work.
