There are no other providers as good as Melon right now

The WhatsApp helpline is really good. You can ask them anything. I previously had a Melon contract that I really liked but my phone got ****** a few months ago and the person who stole it used my melon app and bought data so on a different number I contacted Melon and they helped me delete my old contract and start a new one. They're patient and quick. I haven't had this type of experience with any provider. And when you order a sim card or do e sim (I've done both) they help you with every step. Their prices are also really good but the customer service kind of restores my faith in humanity. The only thing I'd like from Melon in the future is an in-person store and help center because I haven't seen one and it would be even more helpful. But this is good.
