The service is great! Melon Mobile employees are friendly and always ready to help. The system however needs some work. I ordered my sim card over a call. My details were taken incorrectly and this caused my sim card delivery to be delayed. Which is inconvenient. It can be difficult to hear over a call so I do not blame the employee, I do however believe that the process of obtaining client information can be improved. The whatsapp support did this job a lot better as there can be no confusion about what I am saying.
