The experience of signing up and getting RICA sorted was an absolute pleasure and the support I've had over WhatsApp has been top class. The packages and pricing are incredibly reasonable. I've kept a small data package which Melon as a backup to Telkom's shocking network coverage I'll be moving over to Melon fully once my Telkom contract ends. I hope you guys manage to maintain this culture and level of service and care as you grow to and past the scale of our current mobile giants (MTN & Vodacom)
