Stay away from them unless you need issues unresolved
Stay away from them until they get technical issues in order, SIM swaps and ports will leave you stranded and all they can do is escalate to MTN to get things resolved, pretty much like dealing with a WhatsApp call centre who will escalate and get back to you, keep them as a second SIM but never have melon as your main line or you will suffer the consequences of losses due to the technical team being clueless and having to constantly escalate. At the end of the day they at the mercy of mtn so rather deal direct and issues will get sorted faster than waiting ages for useless melon

Kindly be aware, this issue is not due to a technical issue. Our support team have confirmed that the matter has been resolved, within the hour of you bringing this to our attention. Thank you for confirming that all is working now. We see you have ported multiple times to us since your first activation last year, entrusting us with multiple main numbers.
