Shocking Support

I have been dealing with Melon Mobile since November 2025. They were very quick and efficient in signing up my company and that is where it ended. I've had endless problems porting numbers in and the worst part is the WhatsApp support. Yesterday, 03/02/26 I was on a support call for 3 hours. Shocking wait times and generally not a great company to do business with. I have setup 2 phones now and the other 12 are being left with Afrihost.
