⭐ Service That Goes the Extra Mile - Thank You Ruth!

I had such a great experience with Melon Mobile and felt this truly deserved a review.

Ruth assisted us just an hour before closing time to help my husband register and take out an Unlimited Plan. He initially struggled to log in, but she immediately escalated the issue to the tech team to get it resolved.

What really stood out to me was her dedication and communication. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, letting me know they were still working on it, and even followed up at 8pm to confirm that the issue had been resolved and asked us to try logging in again.

She went the extra mile by helping us sort out his VPN and continuously checked if there was anything else she could assist with. We only ended our conversation around 9pm, and at no point did she rush us or say that it was after hours or that we should wait until after the long weekend.

I am truly impressed with the level of service we received. I’ve had no issues with Melon Mobile or their network since I signed up 2025, and I’m so happy that we could get my husband signed up as well.
