Selling **** unlimited voice plans that are limited
This one’s are running a **** program of having a limited voice minutes package calling it unlimited minutes. Only to find that it’s limited to 1500 minutes. This is a clear **** South Africans and because of where you take your money.

20 Nov 2024, 10:35We sorry you feel this way, Desmond. Our Unlimited plans have a FUP that varies per plan, this is not a hard cap but it is used to monitor usage outside or normal consumer usage. We have advised in chat that with the amount of Data top ups you are making within the month that the 10GB unlimited plan would better suit your Voice and data needs give you an extra 5GB Data and saving you money. Currently you are paying for the 5G unlimited plan and topping up your data in the month giving you a total spend of R418 per month. Should you upgrade your plan to the 10GB Unlimited @R299 per month you would be saving R119 each month.

So why is unlimited plan been cut off when I have fairly used it unless the fair use value means it’s unlimited and you are advertising it to disguise customers into buying this product

We have advised that the current 5GB unlimited plan you are on has exceeded this for the month. We have also advised that moving to the 10GB unlimited plan will offer you a greater FUP and more data saving you R119 each month. kindly be advised that before you are able to sign up for any of the Unlimited plans you are requested to accept the T&C of the product. Again, we need to monitor this so that we can pick up on abuse as well as guide our client on plans that will best suit their needs and save them money.

In simple terms each plan has a voice limit, the higher you go the more minutes you have. It is ********* to call a limited plan unlimited.
According to oxford dictionary limit means the greatest or smallest amount of something that is allowed synonym is restriction. You imposed a strict spending limit according to the plan.
Unlimited means as much or as many as is possible, not limited in any way or restricted.
This terms are tricking customers into believing that you offer unlimited plans. Your terms and conditions does state that it’s not unlimited as there is FUP.
You should reconsider your wording as it does not align with the facts.
