Problems finally got resolved ◡̈

Ive always had a good experience with melon when i activate my sim. Today was a struggle and took from 10:00 to 19:15 to get my e-sim up and running. The first person i spoke to on whatsapp did not do much, and only rep**** every few hours, but then Sandra assisted me well after i called in with the problem. If it was not for Sandra, i would probably not have had a working sim, and would have requested a refund. Thanks again Sandra !
