I’d like to compliment Sandra from Melon Mobile for her exceptional patience and professionalism. Activating the SIM was frustrating on my side, and I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with, but Sandra stayed calm, helpful and focused the entire time. Once the activation was finally sorted out, everything went smoothly thanks to her guidance.
