Outstanding Service from Kat at Melon Mobile

I had an absolutely great experience with Melon Mobile, thanks to Kat.

From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help me out. He was quick, patient, and actually made the effort to understand exactly what I needed instead of just giving generic answers. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers, which is rare these days.

What stood out the most was how smooth he made the whole process. No confusion, no back-and-forth frustration, just efficient and proper service.
