No unlimited calls for Melon Mobile

I started using Melon Mobile R199 plan for the past few months. Every month I needed to whatsapp Melon Mobile on the business line *** to reactivate my unlimited calls. This month the I contacted the business and the staff member stated that I don't have unlimited calls. Melon Mobile claims calls are unlimited but it is not, the limit is 1200 voice minutes for the R199 plan. I specifically app**** for this based on what was advertised. Even the app reflects ' unlimited' as it pertains to calls.

They have no regard for customers. None at all. I was told to refer to Terms and conditions. Why then falsely advertise unlimited calls when it is not and all the so called plans that states unlimited calls is capped.
