Mind blowing service

The Melon app is wonderful and the whole process of signing up for the service was refreshing and efficient to say the least. Queries I had were responded to within minutes via Whatsapp and how refreshing to almost instantaneously be able to deal with a human(as opposed to automated responses) and on top of it a person who understands the product /service and is able to respond to detailed questions such as eSim for wearables.

This is in stark contrast with the experience I recently had with a major network where I was sent from pillar to post and provided with a mind blowing range of repsoens by a bunch of *********** team members who had no idea about the details of the online product I was on - I was left stranded without any service for 9days and eventually converted to prepaid to get service.
