Melon not using their Melon

I had a glitch with my monthly payment, now its hard to get help except through a Watsapp line that keeps timing out - totally useless and typical - technology that's stupid. They have no way of remediating the issue so I must find a different way of paying or wait 72 hours to get my line unsuspended. I suspect I will go to a service provider that actually helps when things go wrong...
