Melon Mobile - Stay away

Stay away guys! Made a huge mistake by moving over from MTN to Melon Mobile. They are false advertising by claiming unlimited calls. While dialing out, you unexpectedly receive a message that you have insufficient airtime to make this call without any warning. If you are stuck in dangerous situation, you can't even make any calls. This is FALSE advertising of which I will officially lodge a case with the consumer protection act. This is the 2nd time it happened to me without any warning. When enquired with support, they advise you that a soft cap of 750 minutes is added and you have to contact them to extend package further for more minutes. I only made calls for 150 minutes and I requested for the manager contact me back regarding this case. To date, no manager has reached out to me. Please stay away guys, they lure you into switching to this ISP but cannot deliver the services.
