Melon Mobile is the way to go..

I've been with Melon Mobile for just over a year and I must say that their online offering is fantastic. I had a couple issues relating to sim swaps etc and all issues were resolved literally in minutes and all via whatsapp... to mention a name, Danielle was professional and friendly and seriously knows her stuff.. I have dealt with other agents (like Lauren) and they have all been great . Please Melon, teach the other service providers how it is done...
