Good day,

Please think twice before migrating a long standing number to Melon Mobile, especially if its a number that you use daily for business.

They take forever to do the migration/porting and once that's done no one can phone you from a vodacom network number.

Then when you repot the issue they say they are working on it, just to tell you the next afternoon that MTN does not operate over weekends. so they string you along like a *****.

Then unfortunately by the time you do get someone with the will to assist you to the best of their ability its to late.

They are a third party with no real insight or say on the MTN network.

Therefor you will always be strung along with promises of support of which they have no control over.

So be warned, the service is not what is sold or expected. The price should have been a warning of the service you would receive.
