Here’s a sharper, more credible version that keeps the frustration clear without sounding overly emotional:

I tried porting my number away from Melon Mobile and the process was unnecessarily frustrating. It took 3 attempts before the port finally went through. There were repeated delays, endless questions, and they still didn’t release the line promptly.

The experience felt very similar to the kind of retention and delay tactics many people complain about with Vodacom. I had 4 lines with Melon Mobile, but after this experience I can’t recommend them.

I’ve now moved all my lines to Capitec Connect instead.
