Melon double debits accounts and we have no idea and they keep still hoping it goes un noticed

well, they allow Payfast to double debit you and who knows if they have done in also in past months. then when u bring it to their attention, they ask for a many documents back. what surprises me is that it taken then a full couple of seconds to do multiple debit orders but 5 days later still no refund. yet the proclaim they have the best customer service - absolute nonsense. have had ok service in the past but now am not sure
