Let's just say their service will put Vodacom and MTN to shame. The patience the melonites have and the feedback they give you is next level. There was constant feedback, no forgetting that you their and you waiting for the feedback, no rudeness from them at all. Everything is done via WhatsApp which in itself is effectively done and concerns resolved. Call quality is on par with the bigger networks. Now I don't have to worry about how much that call costs me. You monitor everything on the app. Unlimited calls, smses, your choice of data......one price that you can decide on, what more do you want? I'm just hoping they have a only data package so I can use their data for WiFi at home, hey melon mobile, is that in the testing phase already?? You can test there network for 14 days and that's what I did before I ported my number from Vodacom and I've been with Vodacom for 25years.
