Just doesn't work

If I could give no stars, I would. This is the WORST service in South Africa. You cannot speak to a person directly, and their What'sApp chat is **********. It interferes with your usual sim card and you cannot use your old number, and no-one can call you. Such a disappointment - their product should match their marketing, which is great!
