I've found joy with the assistance of Lindzay from mellon, only issue i did have is when I had called the call center number and was on waiting list for more than an hour and had no joy, my recommendation is for melon to get the call center in line with the rest of the team, cause you still have people that prefer talking to a person regarding issues over the phone that typing it down on WhatsApp.
