I wanted to move my number over to Melon Mobile after my contract came to an end

I wanted to move my number over to Melon Mobile after my contract came to an end. I did not know how much of a joy it would be to work with the company. I had a bit of an issue porting my number and getting everything to work the way I needed it to, but the agent, Lindzay, that was assigned to my case let me know into the late hours of the night that the technical teams sorted the issue out and that everything was good to go. It was such a pleasant experience and I am very happy to be a Melon Mobile customer.
