I hope Melon takes over!

I've been extremely impressed with everything Melon Mobile since joining a few months ago. Support has never ceased to amaze me, the consultants are patient, friendly and help within seconds. Zimkhitha was amazing this evening! Waiting a few hours, and hanging in there with me while putting my kids to sleep to ensure my issue was resolved, and it wasn't even a Melon issue.... the issue was on my end! So thankful for a mobile network that cares, and ACTUALLY puts customers first. Here for it, I hope you monopolise.
