I have adopted the online service offerings from a number of traditionally brick and mortar industries (banking, mobile telephony, grocery shopping,...), and I am not unhappy. My latest dip has been with Melon Mobile, and I like that I can get what I need with a full WhatsApp enabled - non AI - customer support function. Thanks guys, keep up the good (and financially competitive) job.
