I contacted the help team about 15 minutes before the official working hours ( I didn't realise it was so early) and still got a reply from Jess

I contacted the help team about 15 minutes before the official working hours ( I didn't realise it was so early) and still got a reply from Jess. Jess was such a great help so early in the morning, it was around 6:50. All my questions were answered in good time. I am very impressed with how Jess helped.
