Great experience

Needed help porting my old number, spoke to Jess and Louise on two separate occasions, both were very helpful, response time on WhatsApp was impeccable, a much better experience than other network suppliers. Melon seems to be interested in customer care, the other networks don't seem to grasp this concept. Reccomended.
