Good, helpful people, limited technical infrastructure

To make a long story short, there were lots of delays and technical issues that took forever to solve on their side that I still don't understand until now, but the people who were helping me were all very patient with me , and my complaining and agitating. Namely, Sandra, Donovan, Precious and Zimkhitha. I hope I didn't forget anyone. I was not very patient because I was counting on getting the service ASAP, but thank you for bearing with me , and pushing the tech team to resolve the issue.
