FRUSTRATION FRUSTRATION - MELON CANNOT ACTIVATE AN ESIM IN 10 DAYS
It's being 10 days now that Melon Mobile is unable to activate my esim. Their ongoing excuse is that they are experiencing a small systems issue (now day 10 of this small systems issue) and that my complaint is escalated to the tech team. Another excuse is that there is a backlog of cases logged due to systems migration. Yet I have paid for a service they are not able to render after 10 day! If one cannot resolve systems issues within 10 days and get an esim activated, I will be very concerned.

18 Oct 2025, 12:04My esim was eventually activated on day 10. Thereafter it took 2 days to port my number, despite Melon indicating it will take 1-4 hours. And now all my data has disappeared. So for 14 days I am stuck with a phone and connection I cannot use.
And all you get is We apologize, I have logged a ticket and escalated it to our tech team. REALLY??!!
