Frustrating Network!

What a frustrating Network!

I have an eSim in my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and I stay in Pretoria East.

I cannot answer 50% of calls. My rings and I can see the call and option to answer but nothing happens. I have lost so much business (self-employed) due to this. My holiday in Cape Town was a nightmare due to a dead signal in 3 x prime locations in Cape Town's CBD.

I cannot wait to port my number back to Cell C. Believe it or not, they are 150% better than Melon. Cell C also offers Wi-Fi calling and Melon does not.
