from bad to much better

At first my experience was awful. I went to the sore in Fourways mall where I waited for 10 min for the person ton come to the counter and then he did not seem very competent. I then used their WhatsApp service and that too was not great, 6 minutes for each response. Eventually I got hold of Sandra who was superb, very helpful and he saved the day.
