I would like to give a big thank you to Ruth from Melon Mobile for her outstanding service. I needed assistance with cancelling my current plan and renewing it so that I could get a new start date, and she made the whole process so simple. From the very beginning, Ruth was patient, professional, and very clear in her communication. She walked me through each step, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and reassured me when I had questions.

What really stood out was how efficient and proactive she was. Instead of making me feel like just another customer, she treated my request with care and urgency. It’s rare to come across someone who goes the extra mile, but Ruth did exactly that. Thanks to her, I now have my plan set up the way I needed, without any stress or delays.
