Excellent service by Sandra from Melon Mobile

I am specifically rating Sandra, one of the people that supports you when requesting for support on Melon. I moved to Melon 2 days ago, and in general the experience was great. I did however pick up issues with my 2nd sim for my husband, and the 1st 2 agents that "assisted" me was really not helpfull (Lindzay - "this is why we will need to try again later as the request has been placed to many times so the server becomes spammed and thats what create the error"). I then asked for more support, and luckily I got attended to by Sandra. EXCELLENT service. My problem was sorted out, mainly becuse she kenw what she was talking about, and even went the extra mile to provide service well after business hours!
