Excellent customer service

Recently had the awesome experience of being assisted by Jess from melon mobile on a damn Sunday afternoon at that. She was really nice speaking to her and made me feel comfortable asking my query . Really made me feel like I'm just talking to a friend. It's the first time I have service like this from a network provider because all the others make you feel like their communication is nectar from the God's. I'm really really happy I moved to melon mobile from getting my sim to onboarding has just been a breeze not to mention the self Rica system . Damn this brand is legit 🔥. I would definitely recommend making the switch
