ENOUGH TO DRIVE OME INSANE- Very slow and poor support.

I am purely reporting on their customer service.

Every time I contact them on WA, they post an insane cherry (automater?) message, and promptly disappear.

Then you hang on and wait.....

Ages later because you've now given up waiting, they post another cheery message, as if blaming g you that you gave up waiting and ask you to rate their service....nothing cha ged, you never fit the urgent help you needed, and then the "dance" starts all over again, as if you are locked into a robotic loop!

Very upsetting - mes while uour cell-pjone line remains blocked, even though you updated your card detskls and successfullynpaid them on your bew card AND SET YHE NEW CARD AS YOUR DEFAULT PAYMENT CARD.
