Dissapionting serivce

Unable to fix issue when on a call to receive another. After resetting the sim or connection it works for an hour at max. No call log in my call history created and my phone just states to caller its dead. No option to drop current call and go to new call.

Best part is they cannot accommodate me with a sim port when my network requested it they declined it and now still waiting on technical team and Manager for 4 hours just for a simple sim port which took 3min with Vodacom.
