Disappointing Nonsense Customer Service

I was an old customer of Melon Mobile. Excellent service back then. Today, I tried to contact support via WhatsApp chat to port my current number to Melon Mobile. Zimkhita was utterly useless and refused to help me port my number to Melon Mobile. Clearly, this network has turned out to be like any other mobile network at being utterly useless at customer service! I guess then I'll stay with the current network. Very disappointed in shyte service received!
