Billing problem every single month

Every single month, my accounts are suspended because of some kind of billing problem on their side. Super frustrating as I only get to know of the problem when I leave wifi and suddenly nothing works. I have logged numerous support requests, but the support staff are not interested and simply respond that the lines are active then sign off so the whole process restarts.
