Bad service

I have been with Melon for two months. Firstly they didn't disclose their terms regarding the unlimited package now all of a sudden it's no longer unlimited it's 700min and 5GB of data. They have mislead me with the word unlimited calls now they say I'm abusing the usage. They must be transparent from the beginning and stop hiding information.
