I have moved to mobile freedom with melon mobile. My son and I are using them and it has been an absolute pleasure. We have had no issues with networks, even during loadshedding. There are friendly and attentive call center staff waiting to assist should you run into difficulties. Not that we have. The process to become a user is so easy to follow. Service excellence is top notch at Melon Mobile.
