No Service & No Delivery

I placed a pre-order with Melody South Africa (Order #11133 - 30th Of June 2026) and have now been waiting approximately 7 weeks.

I understand that this was a pre-order and that delays can happen. However, the lack of communication has been disappointing. Unless I follow up myself, I do not receive any updates regarding the progress of my order.

I have also read several reviews mentioning that some customers have waited up to six months for their orders, which is very concerning. Had I read these reviews before placing my order, I honestly would never have ordered from Melody South Africa.

What is even more frustrating is that the payment for my order has already been received, yet I am still waiting with no clear ETA or regular updates.

I would appreciate a clear and realistic ETA for Order #11133, as well as better communication regarding the status of my order.

I hope Melody South Africa can provide clarity and resolve this matter promptly.
